Court rules BCPD acted legally with room search

On Wednesday, the Massachusetts Appeals Court ruled that the Boston College Police Department (BCPD) was acting legally when a search was performed on a dorm room, where allegedly found were “cocaine, marijuana and hallucinogenic mushrooms while responding to a report of a weapon,” according to the Associated Press.
