Ingredients: While you can make the pastry dough from scratch, I found that using frozen dough worked perfectly well too! 1 sheet frozen pastry dough For the apples: 4 Granny Smith apples 1/2 cup sugar 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) cold unsalted butter, small diced 1/2 cup apricot jelly or warm sieved apricot jam 2
Tomato Mozzarella Salad
This salad is delicious and is the perfect start to any light summer meal! Four tomatoes One medium-sized block of fresh mozzarella 1/4 cup fresh pesto 1/4 cup olive oil 5 tablespoons of red wine vinegar fresh basil as desired Instructions: -Slice the tomatoes and cut into cubes -cut the mozzarella into small cubes -mix
