BC celebrates National Coming Out Week
This nationally celebrated week began in 1988 to commemorate the 1987 National March on Washington for Lesbian and Gay Rights, and for over ten years the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning Leadership Council (GLC) has brought the festivities to the Heights.
Gala celebrates BC’s GLBTQ community
The GLTBQ Leadership Council (GLC) hosted its 3rd Annual Gala on Friday, April 1. The Gala marks an important event in the GLC history, as it is the most visible social event that is hosted by this UGBC sponsored organization.
New GLC leadership to reach out, raise awareness
The GLC (GLBTQ Leadership Council) recently announced the results of their presidential election. Carolyn McCrosson, A&S ’12, and Joshua Tingley A&S ’13 were elected President and Vice-President, respectively.
