Awards and Accomplishments: AP All-State First Team as a senior, and Star Tribune All-Metro First Team as both a junior and a senior.
Overtime: Mitchell spent a year at Sunrise Christian Academy in Kansas after graduating high school to improve his game, playing against strong competition and spending more time in the weight room.
