MVP: Christian McCaffrey

Yes, the Chiefs have Mahomes, etc., but the Niners have no weaknesses, and CMC is the most dominant player in football right now. Betting against Kansas City never feels great, but I’m (reasonably) confident in downgrading the team whose receiving core is currently held together with duct tape. Fingers crossed that drops will be their undoing!

I believe the 49er's consistent dominance across the regular and postseason should carry on to the biggest game of the year. This month marks 30 years since the 49ers hoisted the Lombardi trophy. With so many weapons on offense and defense, the drought should conclude this Sunday.

MVP: Patrick Mahomes

I think this will be a great game that will likely come down to the final seconds, but I’m giving the Chiefs the slight edge simply due to who’s under center. Usually, betting on the team that has the upper hand at quarterback in the big game is the way to go, and the disparity between Patrick Mahomes and Brock Purdy is sizable. The Chiefs also have given Mahomes the best defense he’s ever had, possibly making it the most complete team in his time as their QB.

MVP: Patrick Mahomes

Both of these teams have great defenses. However, the Niners have been more vulnerable on that side of the ball than the Chiefs have during the playoffs. Pair that with the fact that I trust Patrick Mahomes and absolutely do not trust Brock Purdy; I think the Chiefs enter dynasty territory.
