Kulbieda and Marino Elected As Next UGBC President and VP

After hard fought campaigns, Boston College’s undergraduate community voted in the 2025-2026 UGBC presidential and vice presidential elections, and the results are in. Cami Kulbieda, LSEHD ‘26, and Reagan Marino, MCAS ‘26, will serve as the next UGBC president and vice president, respectively.

In a statement to The Gavel, the newly elected pair said, “Above all else, we feel grateful: grateful for our family and friends who have unconditionally supported us, grateful for our team who put a tremendous amount of effort into the campaign, and grateful to every Eagle who entrusted and honored us by their vote. We are most excited to continue our UGBC journeys, leveraging our experience in and love for the organization so that it may authentically serve the needs of every Boston College student.”

Throughout the election process, Kulbieda and Marino were driven by their mission statement: Personalis, Purpose, Progress. According to their policy platform, they “intend to optimize UGBC’s potential productivity, promoting further development and progress of our organization.”

We are struck with gratitude, humility, and joy. As promised, the progress starts today,” the pair wrote in an Instagram post following the results.

Their opponents, Jack Adams and Chase Gibson, both MCAS ‘26, thanked the community in their own Instagram post as well. “Although it was not the result we wanted, we sincerely appreciate everyone’s support. We hope that some of our ideas and concerns have been noted and wish Cami and Reagan the best for their term in office,” the post read.
