On Tuesday, UGBC held a town hall meeting to discuss proposed changes to the student guide with the student body and concerns over student rights and responsibilities.

The proposed policy includes sections on fliers, handouts, tabling, banners, speeches, debates, external speakers, demonstrations and protests. It will be presented on December 5.
