Boston College field hockey dropped their home-opener to Fairfield in overtime 3-2 on Sunday afternoon, putting the team at 1-1 on the season.

Chris Herren, Jr., and Wynston Tabbs led the way for the Eagles in a 77-67 victory over Fairfield University.
